Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services:

1.1. Holm Property Care provides property maintenance services including but not limited to window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and lawn maintenance.

1.2. Services will be performed with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with industry standards.

 

2. Booking and Payment:

2.1. Clients must provide accurate information when booking services.

2.2. Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.3. We accept various payment methods, including cash, and electronic transfers.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

3.1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

3.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

 

4. Service Specifics:

Window Cleaning:

4.1. Includes cleaning of interior and exterior window surfaces.

4.2. Does not include removal of paint, scratches, staining, concrete, stickers, or hard water stains unless specifically agreed upon.

4.3. Screens and tracks may be cleaned for an additional fee.

 

Pressure Washing:

4.4. Includes cleaning of exterior surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, decks, and siding.

4.5. Does not include removal of oil stains or specialized treatments for certain surfaces unless agreed upon in advance.

4.6. Clients are responsible for moving any obstacles or fragile items before service.

 

Gutter Cleaning:

4.7. Includes removal of debris from gutters.

4.8. Does not include repairs to damaged gutters or installation of gutter guards unless specified in the service agreement.

4.9. Additional charges may apply for heavily clogged or hard-to-reach gutters.

 

Lawn Maintenance:

4.10. Includes mowing, edging, and blowing of grass clippings from hard surfaces.

4.11. Does not include landscaping services such as planting, mulching, or tree trimming unless arranged separately.

4.12. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the lawn area and removing any obstacles or pet waste beforehand.

 

5. Liability:

5.1. While Holm Property Care strives to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any damage to property or belongings caused by our services, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.

5.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of our technicians while on their property.

 

6. Warranty:

6.1. Holm Property Care warrants our services against defects in workmanship for a period of 7 days.

6.2. Clients must notify us of any issues within a reasonable time-frame to be eligible for warranty service.

 

7. Indemnification:

7.1. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holm Property Care from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of their use of our services.

7.2. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to property damage, personal injury, or violation of third-party rights.

 

8. Termination of Services:

8.1. We reserve the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with these terms and conditions or if their conduct poses a risk to our employees or property.

8.2. Termination of services does not relieve clients of their obligation to pay for services rendered.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

9.1. Holm Property Care reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
